BARIŞ MANÇO MEMORIAL CONCERT – Kurtalan Ekspres

The legendary name of Anadolu Rock and pop music, Barış Manço, was commemorated with a meaningful concert at Bodrum Herodot Culture Center on Sunday evening, February 2, 2020.

The support of Bodrum Municipality and Barış Manço Memorial Concert organized by Son Production; It was held in Bodrum Herodot Culture Center on Sunday, February 2nd. Kurtalan Ekspres, which was founded in 1972 under the leadership of Barış Manço and is the only group that continues its stage life until today, performed unforgettable Barış Manço works in the night.

He assumed the cultural ambassador for Turkey and from 7 to 77 Baris Manco’s work touches the lives of everyone today, to continue covering the wide place in memory. The children of that period, present parents, attended together with their own children, followed by sections of Barış Manço’s music life with a mini documentary prepared.

In the concert, which included the bass player of Kurtalan Ekspres and composer of Gülpembe Ahmet Güvenç, the memories of State Artist Barış Manço were voiced in the night and had an unforgettable night for the participants.
