As a composer, arranger, lyricist, and music director, Paydaş has shaped Turkish pop music with numerous iconic projects.

Beginning his career as a keyboardist in Kayahan’s orchestra, he has worked as a producer and music director with leading artists such as Nilüfer, Ajda Pekkan, Mustafa Sandal, Harun Kolçak, Sıla, Hadise, Sertab Erener, Orhan Gencebay, and many more. His productions have consistently topped music charts and become timeless classics in Turkish popular music.

With his “Timeless Songs” album series released in 2011 and 2014, he reinterpreted signature works and brought them to the stage with guest artists in highly acclaimed live concerts.
In 2017, he launched the “Timeless Songs Symphonic” project, combining pop arrangements with symphonic orchestration to create an elevated and prestigious concert format.
